Day 02 : Delhi
Sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi Two and a half hours drive around Old Delhi visiting the Red Fort - one of the magnificent palaces of the East with Diwan-e-Am, where once stood the jeweled Peacock Throne - studded with diamonds and precious stones, and the graceful Pearl Mosque, Jama Masjid which is considered the biggest mosque in India, Chandni Chowk - a typical bazaar with narrow lanes and traditional traders, Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi - the father of the Nation was cremated and the Government Buildings.
NEW DELHI
Two and a half hours drive of New Delhi visiting the Qutub Minar, Humayun's tomb, India Gate, Parliament House, Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Mandir) and Connaught Place.

Day 03 : Delhi - Mandawa 265 kms One of the finest of the small towns in the Shekhawati region has royal castle and innumerable Havelis where the painted facades offer a great variety of surprises. Mandawa was founded by Thakur Nawal Singh, a descendant of Rao Shekha after whom the entire region is named. Mandawa is 168 kms from Jaipur. Castle Mandawa built in 1755, and approached through two gateways mounted with cannons. It is now converted into a Heritage Hotel where dinner is served in the back lawns accompanied by an enchanting fire dance. The castle has a restaurant, and 57 rooms in a variety that ranges from a medley of suites to rooms – not one of them ordinary.

Day 04 : Mandawa - Khimsar 275 kms A thikana of Jodhpur, Khimsar is beautifully located in the midDesert Mandawadle of a small village, just off the Jodhpur-Bikaner highway. In the far distance are sand dunes that shelter fields where blackbuck can be spotted grazing. Established in the mid-15th century by a scion of the house of Jodhpur, its history is a mized one, reflected in the architecture of its fortified castle the Royal Castle. Royal Castle is an incredibly romantic heritage hotel now.
AM : Drive to Khimsar and check-in at the hotel

PM : Afternoon jeep safari to Panchla Dunes

Day 05 : Khimsar - Rohet Garh 135 kms. Rohet, a small but quaint village is home to several artisans and visitors can also visit Bishnoi settlements with their scrubbed homes and flamboyantly dressed and bejeweled women. Rohet is located 40 km from Jodhpur. Rohet Garh the 16th century Champawat fort has been considerably renovated and enhanced as a premium heritage hotel. With its 25 rooms, Rohet Garh is among the most professionally run, personalized properties in Rajasthan.
AM : Drive to Rohet Garh visiting enroute Mandore and Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur.

Day 06 : Rohet Garh
AM : Morning jeep safari to visit Bishnoi Tribe & witness Opium ceremony.

PM : Afternoon at lesiure.

Day 07 : Rohet Garh - Jaipur 334 kms
AM : Drive to Jaipur visiting enroute Ajmer/Pushkar- One of the most famous pilgrimage sites in rajasthan – with its Brahma temple the only one dedicated to this divinity – and the site for an annual camel fair that is now world-renowned, Pushkar, close to Ajmer (13 km), and accessible from Jaipur (135 km), is otherwise a quiet little settlement that comes alive during the fair in a breathtaking explosion of colours, sounds and activities.

PM : Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 08 : Jaipur
City Palace, JaipurAM : Morning visit Amber Fort + elephant ride. Amber -Situated atop a hill overlooking the city, was the old capital before Jaipur was built. The Palace is laid out at different levels on the hillside and surrounded by a fortress. A ride on a decorated elephant to ascend the hill to the Palace is a thrilling experience for every visitor.

PM : Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Jaipur - The Pink city because of the pink colour of the buildings, is picturesquely situated in the heart of Rajasthan surrounded on all sides except on the south by rugged hills crowned with medieval fortresses. Visit the City Palace, Mubarak Hall, Chandra Mahal and Pothikhana which house a rare collection of paintings and manuscripts as well as the museum of Arms and Armoury. Also visit Jantar Mantar - Jai Singh's observatory and the Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds.

Day 09 : Jaipur - Agra 235 kms.
AM : Drive to Agra visiting en-route Fatehpur Sikri Twenty seven miles from Agra, Akbar's Capital where phantoms of ancient pomp and splendour fill a deserted city, silent witnesses to a vanished dream. The capital had to be abandoned by the emperor for lack of adequate water supply. The marble tomb of the Saint 'Salim Chisti' and the Bulland Durwaza, the highest gateway in the world, are some of the highlights of the place.

PM : Check-in at the hotel for overnight.

Taj Mahal, AgraDay 10 : Agra - Delhi 204 kms.
AM : Morning sightseeing of Agra - Home of the world-famous TAJ MAHAL, best described as 'poetry in marble' because of its beauty, grace and exquisite workmanship, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 as a memorial to his beloved queen Mumtaj Mahal. Surely it is the greatest monument of love, and truly one of the wonders of the world. Also visit Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar, standing opposite the Taj on the banks of the Yamuna river, which contains a wealth of palaces and monuments that recall the days of Mughal splendours.

PM : Afternoon drive to Delhi Airport.
