Duration :- 05 Days Tour

By
way of introduction, Sathya Sai Baba is a prominent spiritual leader and educator
in India today. He encourages individuals to dedicate their lives to service
for humanity, and practice the universal virtues of truth, right conduct,
peace, universal love and non-violence.
As an educator, he has inspired the formation in India of a major university
system, six colleges and 20 technical schools, all of which are tuition-free.
He has inspired the development of an "education in human values"
program, which teaches universal values accepted by all religious and philosophical
systems. This education in human values curriculum has been accepted by the
Indian Government as part of the curriculum for elementary schools in India.
The program is also presently being taught in a number of public and private
schools in other parts of the world.
A major aspect of his work in India involves the establishment of a service
organization and charitable activities. Over 5,000 service groups in India
have formed under this service organization. They have adopted 6,000 of the
most needy and poverty-stricken villages in India and are engaged in a rural
village up liftment program. They have also established three charitable hospitals
and maintain over 250 charitable medical clinics operating throughout India,
all of which provide services without charge. A modern super-speciality hospital,
also providing free medical care, has been built near Sai Baba's ashram. An
extensive project to supply drinking water to the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh
was initiated by Sathya Sai Baba in 1994.
"There
is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one language,
the language of the heart.
There is only one race, the race of humanity. There is only one God, and
He is omnipresent."
-- Sathya Sai Baba
