This trip takes you to Khimsar sand dunes, enjoy a Jeep Safari to the black buck reserve and gaze stars with an overnight stay in the luxurious Dhani huts at the ITC Khimsar sand dunes. By asking us to confirm your booking, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions, Essential trip information, Inclusions & Exclusions and cancellation & refund policy and agree to be bound by them.

These booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us on https://www.bestway2india.com (An online trading entity of Bestway Tours & Safaris Pvt Ltd) and which we agree to make , provide, or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions, to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.

  1. Essential Trip Information
    • The prices are Per Person on twin sharing basis.

    • The price is only valid for the mentioned departure date.

    • A single room supplement will be applicable to those who require a single room of their own throughout the trip. 

    • Limited inventory of twin-bedded rooms is available, and the fulfilment of this request is on the sole discretion of the hotel. In case if you do not want to share the room with any person, it is advisable that you pay for a single room supplement which will give you a single room of your own throughout the trip

    • Please note that smoking is prohibited in public and all parts of the hotels except in designated areas and bedrooms, where smoking is permitted.  Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know.  The fulfillment of this request is subject to availability of smoking rooms and is not guaranteed. 

    • Unless specified, check-in at hotels in India is at 14:00 Hrs and check out is at 12:00 Hrs

    • Our liability does not arise in case of Force Majeure (political disturbances, natural phenomenon etc.)

    • Every group member has to mandatory download Arogya Setu App and it should be updated, and all group members need to mandatory register on the App and ensure that it shows Green Status.

    • For your additional safety and precaution, we will be conducting daily thermal temperature checks and will be recording Oxygen levels of all our tour members twice a day.

    • We will be sanitizing our vehicle used during the journey daily.

    • All group members will have to follow proper physical distancing norms as per the guidelines laid down by the state government and Ministry of Home, Government of India.

    • All group members have to mandatory buy domestic trip insurance which covers : loss of ticket (sum insured for minimum of INR 1 Lac), Personal liability (sum insured minimum for INR 5 Lacs), Accommodation charges covering trip delay (minimum coverage of INR 1500 per day) , emergency family travel and convalescence (minimum coverage of INR 50,000) , missed departure (minimum coverage of INR 50,000), accidental death and dismemberment (sum insured Minimum INR 2.5 Lacs), Accidental death and dismemberment common carrier (minimum coverage INR 2.5 Lacs), Accident Medical expense benefit (minimum coverage INR 1 Lacs), Emergency medical evacuation (minimum coverage : INR 50,000), in-hospital indemnity accident-only. 

    • For clients coming from the state of Maharashtra will have to get a RTPCR test done , no later than 72 hours prior to their departure to fly back to their destination in Maharashtra and produce a negative RTPRC test report before boarding their flight to their destination in Maharashtra. Kindly refer to the order dated November 23, 2020 of Government of Maharashtra.

    • For clients coming from Tamil Nadu and flying back after the completion of the trip are required to mandatory generate E-pass from TN e-Registration (tnega.org)

    • For clients arriving from Andhra Pradesh are required to register themselves on Spandana website www.spandana.ap.gov.in before travelling to Andhra Pradesh post the completion of the tour.

    • For clients arriving from West Bengal, we will be required to fill up and submit the declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department West Bengal. App can be downloaded through this link , before flying back from New Delhi, post completion of the tour.

    • For clients arriving from any other state, please check with their respective state authorities with regards to any rules related to travelling to other states and returning back to home state.

  1. Booking Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

    The following cancellation and Refund policy applies. 

    • Cancellation received after making a reservation but more than 20 days or more prior to start of the tour: Tour deposit of 20 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    •  Cancellation received within 19 days – 15 days: 35 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    •  Cancellation received within 14 days – 7 days: 50 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    •  Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to start of the tour: 100 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.

  1. Day 1 - Delhi/ Jaipur (Drive: 260 Km)
    hawa-mahal-jaipur Early morning at 07:00 Hrs, we meet at the Ashoka Hotel lobby from where we board our bus for onward journey to Jaipur – The Pink city. On arrival in Jaipur, we check in at our luxurious hotel ITC Rajputana – A luxury collection hotel. (standard check in time 14:00 Hrs).  For our clients arriving from Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai will be picked up from Jaipur airport and transferred to ITC Rajputana directly. (For those booking flights directly, please ensure that flights arrive in Jaipur no later than 1:00 P.M (13:00 Hrs) 
    For clients arriving in Jaipur from these cities, can opt for an extra night in Jaipur by arriving in a day early at an additional nominal cost.  Post check in, enjoy lunch at our hotel. There after we embark on visit to Jaipur city and the remainder of the day is free for shopping and other activities in the local bazaar. Jaipur is paradise for women shoppers looking for antiques, block printed traditional Rajasthan dresses, tops and much more. Those interested may also visit a gem and jewel factory. Jaipur is traditionally known for rare gemstones and traditional jewelry. We also visit the famous lassi wala and Rawat Kachori joint to try some famous local mouthwatering delicacies. Post our shopping experience in the local market, we return to our hotel. Later in the evening we join our tour leader for a complementary round of cocktails and snacks and finally conclude our evening with dinner at our hotel.

  2. Day 2 - Jaipur/ Jodhpur (Drive: 340 Km)
    amber-fort-jaipur After an early breakfast, we check out from hotel at 08:30 Hrs and leave for a visit to the majestic Amber Fort*. On our way to Amber fort, we stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), where the ladies of the royal court used to watch the city from behind its intricately carved façade for a Photostop and thereafter continue our drive towards Amber Fort*. Perched on a hillside on the outskirts of town, the palace was constructed by Maharaja Man Singh. The fort which started construction in 1592 comprises a number of gardens, courtyards and palatial spaces derived from Mughal architecture and are a distinguished example of 17th Century Rajput architecture.
    After the tour of Amber fort, we drive to Jodhpur. Enroute stop at Ajmer for a quick lunch and thereafter continue our drive to Jodhpur. On arrival we check in our hotel. Remainder of the day is free to relax. We end our day with joining our fellow members for dinner at our hotel.

  3. Day 3 - Jodhpur
    mehrangarh-fort-jodhpur A relaxed start today. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at our hotel. Thereafter we leave for a visit to  Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India. The fort is situated 400 feet (122 m) above the city and is enclosed by imposing thick walls. Inside its boundaries there are several palaces known for their intricate carvings and expansive courtyards.  We enter through the Gate of Victory (Jaipal) and explore the series of courtyards and palaces decorated with beautiful terracotta lattice work. The museum in the fort has one of the best collections of the splendid trappings of Indian royalty, including some amazing elephant’s howdahs (essential for glittering processions), miniature paintings and the inevitable Rajput armory and ephemera from ivory inlaid ladies dumbbells to camel bone carpet weights. For those interested in getting a close glimpse of the city, one can walk down from the fort through the narrow lanes to the clock tower. A walk through the narrow lanes gives and excellent opportunity for the photographers to capture the life in the city through their cameras. Afternoon is free to explore the local bazaar and town.  Lunch is on your own today. Jodhpur city offers various opportunities to indulge into culinary delights and cafes. Your trip manager will be happy to recommend a few popular joints.

    Built between 1928 and 1943, Umaid Bhawan Palace is a magnificent piece of Rajasthan’s heritage, and a symbol of new Jodhpur. Home of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family and currently the world’s sixth-largest private residence, the palace has one thing in common with the iconic Taj Mahal at Agra—the palm court marble used in its construction. Perched on Chittar Hill, the highest point in Jodhpur, Umaid Bhawan Palace inspires with exotic views of the historical Blue City, vast sand dunes, and intimidating Mehrangarh Fort. Join us for an insightful and entertaining walk around the palace followed by High Tea. We will keep you enthralled with its rich and varied stories, and a meaningful visit to the museum on the property. Watch history come alive.

  4. Day 4 - Jodhpur / Khimsar (Drive: 125 Km)
    khimsar-desert After breakfast, we check out and drive to Khimsar, located at the edge of the Great Thar Desert in the heart of rural India, the unique fort at Khimsar offers a wide range of experiences. On arrival we check in at ITC WelcomHotel Khimsar Dunes Village. Post lunch we take a jeep safari to visit Black buck reserve. Remainder of the day is free to relax. We end our day enjoying dinner with our fellow members at the resort.

  5. Day 5 - Khimsar/ Mandawa/ Nawalgarh/ Udaipurwati (Drive: 295 Km)
    wall-art-mandawa After breakfast, we check out and drive to Mandawa, one of the finest of the small towns in the Shekhawati region. On arrival we enjoy lunch at Castle Mandawa. After lunch we explore Mandawa’s famous "The Open-Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan", visiting havelis, where the walls have been decorated with beautiful frescos depicting different aspects of the life in Rajasthan. Thereafter we visit another picturesque town of Nawalgarh before checking in at our resort. Remainder of the day is free to relax or write a journal. Those interested may indulge into a soothing massage therapy at the hotel (additional payment paid directly). We end our day with a farewell dinner with our fellow members sharing and cherishing the beautiful memories captured during our trip.

  6. Day 6 - Udaipurwati / Delhi (Drive: 260 km)

On arrival in Delhi, we are dropped at Ashok Hotel and say goodbye to our fellow members.  For clients coming from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, they will be transferred and dropped to airport in New Delhi to connect their flight back home.  Those booking their air tickets directly to their respective cities, please ensure that the flights are booked departure from New Delhi Post 19:00 Hrs.

    All of our trips have a single supplement. The cost and the details vary by trip, so please refer to each tour page for details.

    Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels. Please contact our Specialist for price information. Please also note that extra accommodations must be booked outside of 30 days of departure.

  4. FAQ 4 Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?

    Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
