The majestic tour commences in Bangalore where you’re welcomed opulently and board the Golden Chariot to jaunt through monuments of Mahabalipuram, French colonized city of Puducherry and group of temples built during Chola dynasty marking the Dravidian archaic in Tanjore.

Subsequently, we discover the colorful magnificence of Meenakshi temple where at Thirumalai, a splendid light and sound show awaits us. We further proceed to the southernmost tip where the sky meets the vast ocean and sunset paints the canvas in the most alluring way.

Your holiday also encapsulates Kovalam, well known for its beaches where you can comfortably unwind and pamper yourself with an Ayurvedic massage. Finally, the journey wraps up by cruising over the serene backwaters of Alleppey.

By asking us to confirm your booking, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions, Essential trip information, Inclusions & Exclusions and cancellation & refund policy and agree to be bound by them.

These booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us on https://www.bestway2india.com (An online trading entity of Bestway Tours & Safaris Pvt Ltd) and which we agree to make , provide, or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions, to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.

  1. Booking Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

    CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENT
    When a Client cancels the Tour, the refund due to the Client will be as follows:

    a. Land Cost:
    Cancellations received minimum 75 days or more prior to departure,
    75 or more days - Retention of deposit
    75 – 45 days - 30% including deposit
    44 – 28 days - 60% including deposit
    27 – 15 days - 90% including deposit
    14 days or less - 100% including deposit

    b. Airfare:
    Refunds on airfares purchased through BTS will depend on the rules of the carrier and the applicable fare base used for the purchase of the ticket. BTS will charge a ser­vice fee of no less than 10% of the airfare paid by the Client. Clients are advised not to purchase airfares till the tour is confirmed and visas (if any) procured.

    c. In case of Rail Journeys or luxury train tours, luxury cruises. Specific cancellation policy pertaining to the specific rail journey, luxury train, luxury cruises as laid down by the operator will apply. There will be 10 % cancellation processing fee applied by Bestway2india in addition to the cancellation charges levied by the operator.

    CANCELLATION BY THE OPERATOR
    “Bestway2india”, “BTS” reserves the right to cancel the Tour due to insuffi­cient number of participants. In such an event, and only in such an event, “Bestway2india”, “BTS” will refund the said Deposit to the Client. “Bestway2india”, “BTS” will have no further liability to the Client for damages or inconveniences caused to the Client. Client hereby expressly waives any claim he/she may have against “Bestway2india” , “BTS” for such a cancellation. In the event that “Bestway2india” , “BTS” decides:
    a) that the Tour may jeop­ardize the safety or security of the Clients, “Bestway2india” , “BTS”, or any staff of “Bestay2india” “BTS” and/or Services Providers; or
    b) the Tour cannot commence and/or continue for circumstances beyond the control of “Bestway2india” , “BTS”, “Bestway2india”, “BTS” may, in its sole discretion, postpone, cut short or cancel the Tour at any time. Such changes and/or cancellations may be necessitated for political, military, health, weather conditions or other valid reasons affecting local conditions, but will not be limited to the aforesaid reasons only. In such an event the liability of “Bestway2india”, “BTS” is limited to refunding the Client such monies which represent unused services, less

    a. any monies expended by “Bestway2india” “BTS”
    b. any liability incurred by “Bestway2india” “BTS”, and
    c. a reasonable amount of the Tour Price for services rendered by “Bestway2india” “BTS”
