His fondness for guiding and leading the tour lies in the rich customs and legacy of India. On asking about his favorite most destination here in India, ‘Jaipur’ came the answer. Being keen into the Indian culture, he loves to collect antiques and handicrafts from various cities like Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi and would suggest the same to all visitors to India. He further added, ‘India is not only known for its culture but the worldly Indian cuisines too is a must try here.’ While his favorite being Mughlai he recommends to opt for varied cuisines across the PAN India.

Hailing from the land of spirituality, Varanasi; Dr. Shailesh Tripathi has given 22 long years to guiding profession. Being a Doctorate in Archeology his love for Indian history can be easily understood. There is nothing he doesn’t like about guiding; from taking immense pride in the boundless culture of India, to meeting new people and extending a warm friendship with them, and living by the rich heritage of India; he cherishes each and every moment of it. Cultural centers, especially Sarnath and the banks of Mother Ganga (Ganges River) are his top favorite regions here in India. Engraving in the Indian culture also implies trying out the local cuisines and tangibility of Indian handicrafts, antiques, and special artistries. Dr. Shailesh makes sure every tourist gets to experience the same, especially in Jaipur, Agra, and Varanasi.

Been a guide for 25 years and still continuing to be one, she has an extreme fondness for mountains. Manali has always been her favorite abode. Shopping to women is a birthright and excitedly came the answer, ‘Capital City- Delhi is an all in one destination to look for anything and everything.’ She further added, ‘Delhi is not only famous for being a shopping center, food to is a delight here and one must try it out if in Delhi.

On asking what guiding means to him, ‘I enjoy seeing people of different nationalities and from different walks of life interacting in a group and setting up experiences here on our motherland, India’ came the answer. Though mountains and hospitable people of Himachal Pradesh appeals Charles the most, his heart truly belongs to the Southern States of India. 9 years of indefinite traveling has made him a binge eater. Saravana Bhawan to taste the best South Indian pancakes and Thousand Lights Street Kabab Shop continues to be his favorite since long. Shopping down south is an entirely different experience from the north. He prefers to shop at T Nager in Chennai, one stop for all.

Ten years into guiding profession, Jaswant Singh says, ‘exploring the world and showing it through his eyes to others what fascinates him the most being a guide.’ Hailing from the royal state of Rajasthan, and witnessing its hospitality encouraged him to take up guiding as a profession. Though being a bachelor in commerce, the art of welcoming one and all is what brings him here today. On asking about his favorite most place here in India, without mincing a word came Rajasthan as the answer. India is known for its culture which includes its unique cuisines and handicrafts. Jaswant claims that Jaipur is the best place to shop at here in India; while Kareems in Delhi leaves his mouth watering each time he visits there.

Being a people’s person, Preeti Puri cherishes being from India and being its face for others. The extreme fondness for meeting new people pulled her to be a guide and there was no looking back since 1993. A double graduate loves being in the lap of mountains, especially Kashmir but elsewise North India has always been her to go destination here in India. The attachment woman has with shopping is beyond explanation to which she promptly answered, ‘hands down Delhi and Jaipur are the best places to shop for anything and everything.’ Her love for North India, majorly Delhi and Jaipur could be seen in her choice of restaurants too. ITC Rajputana in Jaipur and Olives in Chor Baazar are her favorite spots to binge at.

Hunting down for shopping centers and eateries, he found out Bapu Bazaar and Johari Bazaar in Jaipur has a vibrant aura and best to shop for authentic items, while places like Taj Coromandel Chennai, Chennai, and 1135 AD, Jaipur serves relishing delicacies right from the past to the table.

His love in Indian history can be clearly seen in his certified degrees. A master in history finds South India especially Kerala and Tamil Nadu blooming with a rich legacy and alluring sceneries around. Shopping and trying out a new eatery joint, is his favorite pass time. He suggests everyone to once shop at Fab India and Anoki in Kochi where Indian attire of varied types with great quality can be found. To try out a traditional South Indian meal he sets out to Abad Hotel in Chullikal, Kochi and would want everyone to pay a visit there at least once.
