Our group of expertly trained travel directors is ready to help you plan your perfect vacation!
All of our Travel Directors have been trained in new and enhanced hygiene and physical distancing protocols. They will work with a duty of care to monitor the hygiene etiquette of our guests, reacting when needed to ensure high standards are maintained. We'll also make sure that you know about any changes in protocol before your trip, and that you cooperate with them when they're on your trip. Our Travel Directors have preventative measures in place, which means that any unexpected issues that arise on your trip will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

We want to make sure that you always feel comfortable and worry-free when you travel. That's why we have an operations team behind the scenes who communicate with your Travel Director and Driver 24/7, as well as a support team on call at all hours.
Strict Protocols on the Road
Safety is our number one priority, and we're committed to being the industry leader for modern travel. Our luxury transport fleet has always been kept in top shape and is routinely inspected by government officials. With COVID-19 taking its toll on many industries in the region, we've also taken additional measures to strengthen our safety standards in accordance with guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and applicable regulations from particular countries. Along with keeping surfaces clean and disinfected, all of our drivers are trained with the latest protocols and will help you follow hygiene practices recommended by WHO. Throughout your trip, feel free to use the hand sanitizer that's available or bring some with you to make you feel comfortable. Should an unanticipated situation arise, we'll have a supply of masks and gloves available for you - as well as antiviral sprays and wipes.

To ensure your safety, we introduced these new hygiene protocols. People are susceptible to COVID-19, a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death due to the high risk of exposure in any public place where people are present. This includes closer proximity with new acquaintances as well as some already known close contacts. We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your well-being, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions. The risk of exposure starts before your vacation even begins -- by packing any personal protective equipment and sanitisers you need, creating physical space between yourself and anyone else wherever possible, embracing the necessary hygiene practises while on the beach and following our health instructions after arriving in resort destination.
